The Black Fire This Time reading was substantial. I learned about the Wilmington massacre of 1898... very eye opening... I learned about becoming water, not rock, and that my presentation was crackly... durned tricknology, and so much more! It was a LOT. Check it out if you have some time and are so inclined... Straight Out Scribes are close to the end and are nearly the last two poets on the program.
